You can book online 24/7 at www.DriveSafeMedicals.co.uk or call our team +44 (0) 7494612392 on Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Payment can be made by credit/debit card.

Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment. If a client should cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, they will be charged in full.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason or have any questions about your driver medical, please contact the Drive Safe Medicals team on admin@drivesafemedicals.co.uk

If you're over 10 minutes late, your doctor may decide to proceed with or cancel the appointment at their discretion on the day.

Missed appointments will result in full charges, and you'll need to make a new booking.

You can access the D4 medical form online.

Yes. Please take a Photo ID – Driving Licence/Passport with you to your appointment.

  1. Your relevant driver medical form - for example, D4 Medical Form or Taxi Council form
  2. Photo ID – Driving Licence/Passport
  3. Your driving glasses and your glasses prescription if you wear glasses (not contact lenses) to meet the eyesight standard needed for driving
  4. Your medication prescription

The appointment usually lasts 10-15 minutes; however, this depends on your medical history.
